After the successful completion of Pustak daan project of Narsinghpur, Prashraya welfare foundation (Team Aashraya) in collaboration with district administration of Moradabad has launched one more library project in which we are working to establish free libraries in Gram panchayats of Moradabad district, Uttar Pradesh.
This project was officially flagged off with a special van to collect the books by DM Shailendra Singh on June 5, 2023 and the abhiyaan will be continued till June 25. And so far in just the time span of 10 days, we have been able to collect 52000+ books from different corners of the country with special participation from Kota, Bhopal, Indore, Jaipur and Delhi! Out of 643 gram panchayats, the libraries have been established in 350 gram panchayats and now with proper availability of books too!
We are receiving different kind of books like academic, non academic, novels, competitive exam books in both Hindi and English languages for primary to post graduation level.
